Orders are despatched either the same working day, if ordered before 3pm, or despatched the next working day. If it differs from that, you will be sent an email informing you when your order will be despatched.

How much does postage cost?

Delivery is free to all UK addresses. For orders outside the UK it costs £6.00. We send all orders out using Royal Mail 1st class delivery. We can send items out by Royal Mail Special Delivery if required the next working day, there is an extra charge of £4.00, please let us know prior to ordering if you want this extra service.

Will the packaging be discreet?

All orders are sent in plain discreet packaging, with just a P.O. Box number as the return address, there is no mention of Peaches Lingerie on the packaging.

Can I return an item if it is unsuitable?

Yes, if you are not completely satisfied you may return an item, but it must be in an unworn condition. It must be returned within 14 days of the invoice date for a full refund. Any items received after this time will not be refunded, and will not be sent back. All items must be returned in their original packaging and sent back by Royal Mail recorded delivery. If we don't receive the item back, it is your responsibility to make a claim from Royal Mail. Please note stockings/hosiery cannot be returned once opened, due to hygiene reasons.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, items can be exchanged within 14 days from the invoice date, just use the returns form on the back of your invoice.

Can we copy your pictures?

This website and all the images contained within it are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced in any way whatsoever without prior written authorisation from Peaches Lingerie.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept the following payment cards:- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta, Switch and Solo. We also have a PDQ machine, which enables us to process cards off-line. We also have integrated our shopping cart with Pay Pal, so if you have a Pay Pal account then you can pay this way. We also accept cheques, and postal orders. Look at the 'contact us' page for our delivery address. When sending postal orders, these must be sent via Recorded Delivery or an equivalent secure method.

Can I order by telephone?

Yes, please ring 01772612171 during office hours (Monday-Friday 9am - 4pm). Please have your credit card and order details at hand.

Will you keep all my information private?

We never disclose any of your details to anyone outside of our company. Rest assured we do not sell details to mailing lists or anyone else.

What if I want one of your items made to measure e.g. longer or shorter?

We can alter the majority of our garments, but these are classed as 'special orders' and there is an extra charge of £5.00. Once you have given us your measurements and we have made the garment to your specification it cannot be returned or exchanged. Can I buy in bulk and sell on to my friends?

Yes, if your order exceeds £200.00 we will give a discount of 15%. Your order has to be made at the same time, not lots of little orders. We make the discount offline so it won't show up in your shopping basket.

I have a lingerie website; can I sell your products on it and use your pictures?

Sorry no, we don't sell to the trade. As for using our pictures, please see the question on copying our pictures.

Do you have a newsletter?

Yes, you can sign up for the newsletter from the homepage.

Do you manufacture your own garments?

Yes, we manufacture the majority of our garments in our UK factory.
